Brein goes to court again to challenges Dutch ISPs

The foundation Brein goes to court again to challenges ISPs UPC, KPN, T-Mobile and Tele2 (Dutch internet providers) because of the download site for The Pirate Bay. Brain wants the ISPs to block the site for there users.

Previously Brein managed to win against Ziggo and XS4ALL through the courts to force the site to be no longer accessible. Ziggo and XS4ALL are appealed, but are awaiting the verdict.

Brain, the foundation that is committed against copyright infringements, then asked other providers to block the site. Who refused and therefore BREIN now comes with a lawsuit. That is on 19 april.
