Most residents of the district Baba Amr in the Syrian city of Homs have fled. The Red Cross says that the damaged area almost completely empty. How the remaining inhabitants are added, is not yet known.
The aid workers were this afternoon after almost a week of waiting in the district. According to the Red Cross, the employees of the Red Crescent, the Arab sister organization of the Red Cross, authorized by the Syrian army. They stayed three quarters of the district. Read more »
