The foundation Brein goes to court again to challenges ISPs UPC, KPN, T-Mobile and Tele2 (Dutch internet providers) because of the download site for The Pirate Bay. The European Commission is no longer trying to get the anti-piracy treaty ACTA ratified on short term. The committee wants the European Court of Justice will first look at it.

According to European Commissioner Karel De Gucht, there is much misinformation about the ACTA treaty. A ruling of the Court, according to De Gucht would take that away.  Read more »
