The European Commission is no longer trying to get the anti-piracy treaty ACTA ratified on short term. The committee wants the European Court of Justice will first look at it.

According to European Commissioner Karel De Gucht, there is much misinformation about the ACTA treaty. A ruling of the Court, according to De Gucht would take that away.  Read more »
