Brussels wants to better protect the privacy of Internet users. The European Commission launches new lines , allowing digital data without permission by others may be seen and used.

The basic principle is that companies can only collect data if the user gives permission. There are penalties for violating that rule. Moreover, companies that discover that their customer data is “leaked” to others, that let the user know immediately.  Read more »
